Vivid-Hosting provides a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for all products. This warranty begins from the date of purchase. If a manufacturing defect is identified within the first year of purchase, Vivid-Hosting will issue an RMA (Return Material Authorization) for the defective product. Customers should contact the distributor they purchased the product from to initiate an RMA.
Radios received for free at the 2024 FIRST Championship can be repaired for $100. If the device cannot be repaired, Vivid-Hosting will replace the unit. To initiate an RMA, please contact support@wcproducts.com.
For the purposes of this warranty, radios received in the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) Kit of Parts will have a purchase date of January 1 of the given competition year. For example, radios received in the 2025 FRC Kit of Parts will have a warranty date of January 1, 2025. To initiate and RMA, please contact support@wcproducts.com.
If the defect or damage is determined to be the result of customer misuse or negligence, the warranty will not cover the repair or replacement. However, Vivid-Hosting does have a repair program for $100/instance. If the radio cannot be repaired, Vivid-Hosting will replace the unit.
